Lez also holds a City & Guilds Adult and Further Education Teaching Certificate, holds a Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice and was pivotal in the development of the National Occupational Standards for Canine Professionals.

Based in Norfolk, Richard runs fortnightly pet gundog training classes, teaches on behalf of the Mid-Norfolk Gundog Club and works to modify the wayward behaviour of dogs of any breed.
